About Neuracore

Neuracore is a done-for-you AI automation agency based in Irvine, California, serving SMBs and startups nationwide. We build custom no-code workflow automations, AI voice agents, AI chatbots, and autonomous AI systems using tools like Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, and the latest large language models — so your team saves 15+ hours per week without writing a single line of code.

Done-for-you means Neuracore handles everything — from discovery and design to build, testing, and deployment. You tell us the manual tasks draining your team's time; we build the automated workflows, integrate your existing tools, and launch the system for you. No learning curve, no developers, no headache.

Neuracore is headquartered in Irvine, California, serving Orange County, the greater Los Angeles area, and businesses nationwide. We work virtually with clients everywhere and are happy to meet in person for local Orange County clients when needed.

Not at all. Neuracore is designed for business owners and operators who are not technical. You describe the problem; we handle the entire build. Your team receives a fully working automation with documentation and a live walkthrough — no IT department required.

Services & Capabilities

We build on the best no-code and AI platforms: Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Voiceflow, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, Shopify, Stripe, and more. We connect the tools your team already uses — no rip-and-replace required.

A no-code automation is a rule-based workflow that runs a fixed sequence of steps when triggered (e.g., form submitted → add to CRM → send email). An AI agent is an autonomous system that can reason, make decisions, use tools, browse the web, and execute multi-step tasks without a predefined script. Think of automation as a recipe and an AI agent as a chef who improvises. Neuracore builds both.

Each workflow = 1 automation scenario. Examples: (1) New lead → Add to CRM, (2) Form submission → Send confirmation email, (3) New row in Google Sheet → Notify team on Slack, (4) New order → Create invoice, (5) Upload file → Save to cloud and notify user.

Yes. Neuracore builds AI voice agents that handle real inbound and outbound phone calls using human-like AI voices. They qualify leads, book appointments, send follow-up reminders, and sync all results to your CRM in real time — 24/7, with zero hold times. View our full list of services here.

Yes. We build around your existing tools — we don't ask you to switch platforms or start over. The automation fits into your current stack.

We start by identifying the manual, repetitive work taking up the most time, such as data entry, approvals, and follow-ups, and prioritize whichever tasks are costing your team the most hours. From there, we map the process, design the automation, and deploy it so that time gets handed back to your team. You can view our full process details here.

Workflow automation connects the tools you already use so tasks move forward automatically instead of manually. It matters most once you're past the small-business stage and starting to scale, as that's when manual processes that used to work start breaking under the added volume, and automation lets you take on more work without adding more staff.

Cost & Pricing

Business process automation services typically range from a few hundred to several thousand dollars depending on scope. Neuracore's builds start at $1,197 as a one-time setup fee (not a subscription) so you own the system outright. Optional ongoing support (Ops Care) starts at $249/mo if you want it. See our pricing page for full details.

No. Free tools exist (like Zapier's basic tier), but they require you to build, maintain, and troubleshoot everything yourself. Done-for-you automation is a paid service because we handle the setup, integration, and testing for you. Our builds start at $1,197.

The fastest way is automating the manual work eating up staff hours. Neuracore's workflow automations typically free up 10+ hours a week per process, which is where most clients see their operational costs drop — not from cutting staff, but from staff no longer doing the manual work at all.

Automation reduces labor costs by handling repetitive work your team currently does by hand, so you can grow without adding extra hires at the same rate. Neuracore builds are scoped around your specific manual processes, so the savings are tied to real hours reclaimed instead of a generic estimate.

Your setup fee covers the entire one-time build — mapping your process, integrating your tools, testing the automation, and handing you full documentation. It's a one-time cost for the system itself, separate from any optional ongoing support you choose afterward.

Yes — there's no requirement to bundle services. Most clients pick whichever service is costing them the most hours right now (workflow automation, voice agents, chatbots, CRM automation, autonomous agents, or SEO/AEO), get that built first starting at $1,197, then add more once they see the results.

Ops Care is Neuracore's optional monthly support plan, covering ongoing monitoring, error fixes, and small adjustments as your business changes. It's not required — but we recommend it once your automation is handling real revenue or client-facing work, since that's when a small break costs you the most.

You can choose either. Paying in full locks in the listed price, or you can spread the setup fee across 3 monthly payments for a small financing fee if you'd rather ease the cash-flow impact.

Yes, and you're never charged twice for the same work — upgrading only bills you for the difference in setup scope between tiers. It's common for clients to start on Launch and move into Accelerate a few months in, once the first automation proves itself.

We scope every project carefully on the discovery call so there are no surprises later — and if we can't deliver what we agreed to, you don't pay the remaining balance. That protection is built into every build, not something you have to ask for.

Process & Timeline

Timeline depends on complexity, but most projects move from kickoff to launch in 1–2 weeks. A single, simple workflow moves faster; multi-tool systems with custom logic take a bit more time. You won't have to guess — you'll get a real timeline once we've scoped exactly what we're building.

After launch, your automation doesn't just sit there unmonitored — think of Neuracore as your outsourced automation operations team. If you opt into Ops Care, that means ongoing monitoring, proactive error fixes, monthly check-ins, and continuous optimization, so workflows don't break silently as your tools or business change.

That's expected, and it's built into the process — before anything gets built, you review the proposed workflow design and tell us what to change. We revise it until it's right, and nothing goes into development without your sign-off.

Mainly two things: access to the tools you already use, and time for a kickoff call so we can map your process correctly. From there, we do the building — your job is reviewing and approving at each step, not touching any of the technical setup.

Most clients start seeing time saved within the same week their first automation goes live — typically 1–2 weeks after kickoff. The impact shows up fast because the automation is already handling the exact task that was eating your team's time.

Choosing an Agency

Look for one that starts by understanding your actual process, not one that leads with technology. Ask whether they build around your existing tools, whether you own the system afterward, and what happens if something breaks. Our founder spent 20+ years automating operations at enterprise scale before building Neuracore. More on that here.

A reputable agency builds on established, secure platforms (like Google Workspace, HubSpot, and enterprise AI providers) and only connects the tools and data a workflow actually needs. Neuracore's founder handled data systems at Walmart, AT&T, and Paramount, so security is built into how we scope every project.

The main trade-off is that someone else built the system, so you'll want an agency that documents everything and hands it over fully instead of one that locks you in. We build on tools you own, document the setup, and make ongoing support optional.

The biggest risk is automating a broken process, since automation can make a bad workflow faster, not better. That's why we start by mapping how you actually operate before building anything, so the automation fixes the right problem.

Unlike platforms that require you to build workflows yourself or hire expensive developers, Neuracore does it all for you — from setup to optimization. No coding, no learning curve. We also integrate AI layers (large language models, voice AI) that most Zapier/Make.com freelancers don't offer — and we specialize in business outcomes, not just technical delivery.

That's a common experience, and it's usually because the project was built around the technology first instead of the actual business problem. Our process starts with understanding how you operate before any tool gets chosen, so the system fits your workflow instead of forcing you to fit it.

AI & Data Security

AI automation can handle 60–80% of routine support interactions — FAQ answers, order status, appointment scheduling, ticket routing — without human involvement. Neuracore builds hybrid systems: AI handles volume, humans handle nuance. The result is faster response times, lower costs, and happier customers.

Yes. Neuracore uses enterprise-grade platforms (Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, OpenAI, Anthropic) complying with SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA. All integrations use OAuth authentication and encrypted API connections. Neuracore never stores your business data on its own servers.

Is Neuracore Right For You?

Neuracore supports startups, SMBs, and enterprises across 20+ industries including sales, marketing, operations, legal, real estate, e-commerce, finance, and customer service. If you rely on manual processes for lead management, reporting, CRM updates, or outreach — Neuracore can automate it. As a general rule, if your team is spending more than five hours a week on repetitive tasks, it's worth exploring.

Usually it costs less than the manual work you're already absorbing. Five hours a week of manual tasks adds up to 250+ hours a year — time that isn't going toward sales, service, or growth. Before you commit to anything, we'll walk through the real numbers for your specific business so you can see whether it pencils out.

That's exactly what the discovery call is for. Walk us through what's eating your team's time, and we'll tell you plainly which service actually fixes it — including telling you if none of them do, and pointing you toward what would.
